Welcome to Nordic Rocks - Ski for K's Program
for Active Youth

Our interactive children’s website allows anyone to keep track of kilometers skied in the wintertime. Think of it as a training log! This is not a competitive program, but a fun way to set ski goals for the winter, work to achieve them and earn rewards.

* The great news is that it's not just for nordic skiing! We offer a conversion chart to help you keep track of all the ways you're active in the winter.

"Nordic Rocks" © is a collaboration among five ski regions and we invite you to join Central Cross Country Ski Association (CXC), New England Nordic Ski Association (NENSA), Far West Nordic Ski Education Association (FWNSEA), Rocky Mountain Nordic (RMN) and Cross Country Ontario (CCO) as we all keep track of how much we ski.

Step 1

Download the KILOMETER TRACKING SHEET. Print it out and put anywhere you'll remember to write down your kilometers. Record any time that you spend outside doing something active!

Step 2

SIGN UP for an online "Nordic Rocks!" Training Log account and periodically enter your kilometers into the tracking system through the season. Keep an eye on the LEADERBOARD - you or your ski club might be in the lead!

Step 3

At the end of the season, count up your kilometers and SEND IN for a cool prize!

Congratulations for keeping track of your kilometers this season!

We're so happy you decided to record all your outdoor adventures! Please make a copy of your completed CXC Kilometer Tracking Sheet and mail it to:

NORDIC ROCKS
P.O. Box 930442

Make sure to include your "Nordic Rocks!" Online Training Log nick name (if you have one), your age and mailing address.
