Questions about the program?
Download the Info Sheets for both Kids and Coaches! Lots of helpful tips and FAQs!
Step 1
Download the KILOMETER TRACKING SHEET. Print it out and put anywhere you’ll remember to write down your kilometers. Record any time that you spend outside doing something active!
Step 2
SIGN UP for an online "Nordic Rocks!" Training Log account and periodically enter your kilometers into the tracking system through the season. Keep an eye on the LEADERBOARD: you or your ski club might be in the lead!
Step 3
At the end of the season, count up your kilometers and SEND IN for a cool prize!
The award patches are based on the amount of kilometers you ski. Challenge yourself year to year to earn the next patch!
