Step 1


Download the KILOMETER TRACKING SHEET. Print it out and put anywhere you’ll remember to write down your kilometers. Record any time that you spend outside doing something active!


Step 2


SIGN UP for an online "Nordic Rocks!" Training Log account and periodically enter your kilometers into the tracking system through the season. Keep an eye on the LEADERBOARD: you or your ski club might be in the lead!


Step 3


At the end of the season, count up your kilometers and SEND IN for a cool prize!
The award patches are based on the amount of kilometers you ski. Challenge yourself year to year to earn the next patch!

150K Plum
250K Ocean
400K Chocolate

How To Record Kilometers

Cross Country Skiing (including roller skiing and running)
count and record total distance per workout

Alpine, Telemark, Freestyle Skiing and Snowboard
1 hour of activity = 4km

Jumping and Nordic Combined
1 hour of jumping activity = 4km

Adaptive Cross Country Skiing
count and record total distance per workout multiplied by 2
